Crab Casserole

1 onion, chopped
1 rib celery
1/3 cup flour
1 cup evaporated milk
1 lb. Crab Meat
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
1 stick oleo
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste


Saute onion and celery in oleo. Blend in flour; gradually add milk, egg yolks, salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes. Place Crab Meat in mixing bowl. Pour sauce over Crab Meat and blend well. Pour into well greased casserole; sprinkle with grated cheese and bake 10 to 15 minutes at 375 F.
