Baked Seafood Casserole

2 (6 oz.) cans Crab Meat
2 cans Shrimp (1 lb. frozen)
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1 small jar pimentos, diced
1 cup celery, chopped
small can mushrooms, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup milk or cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 to 1 cup raw rice, cooked

Mix all ingredients in each of the two groups, then blend together. Place in a 2 quart buttered casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake 30 minutes at 375 F, though it does not affect it to stay in oven longer. Amounts of green pepper, onions, pimento and mushrooms can be increased, if desired.

Serves 6 generously
