Best Ever Tuna Casserole

6 oz. package medium egg noodles
9 1/4 oz. can Tuna
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1/2 cup chopped onions (opt.)
1/4 cup chopped green pepper (opt.)
1/4 cup pimento (opt.)
1 Tbsp. salt or seasoning mix
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup diced Velveeta cheese
1 large can peas

I sometimes chop 1/2 cup celery and other vegetables and simmer in liquid from peas before combining with other ingredients.

Cook noodles in salt water until tender. Drain. Combine noodles with Tuna, Miracle Whip, vegetables and salt. Blend soup and milk. Add cheese. Heat until cheese melts in oven or on top of stove.

Serves 4 to 6
