Blend of The Bayou Seafood Casserole

8 oz. package cream cheese
1 stick butter or margarine
1 lb. peeled Shrimp/Crawfish
1 large onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. margarine
Crushed cracker crumbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, drained
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 pint Crab Meat
2 cups cooked rice
Grated sharp cheese

Melt cream cheese and margarine. Saute Shrimp, onion, bell pepper, and celery in 2 tablespoons margarine. Add to cream cheese mixture. Add soup, mushrooms, seasonings, Crab Meat, and rice. Mix well. Place in 2 quart casserole. Top with cheese and cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 F for 20 to 30 minutes until bubbly. Freezes well.
