Casserole St. Jacques

1 lb. Scallops or Halibut
1 cup dry white wine
1 small onion
1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt

Other Ingredients:
4 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. flour
1 cup light cream
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 large tin Lobster
1 cup sliced mushrooms

In saucepan bring Scallop mixture to boil and simmer 5 minutes. Drain - reserve 1 cup liquid.
