Cheddar Tuna Casserole

1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tsp. butter or margarine
1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 cup milk
2 cups (4 oz.) noodles, cooked and drained
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can Tuna, drained and flaked
1 (4 oz.) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup (10 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. chopped pimento (optional)

Saute onion in butter, add soup and milk, stir in remaining ingredients except 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Pour into 1 quart casserole. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes, top with remaining Cheddar cheese, continue baking until melted.
