Cheese and Shrimp Casserole

3 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp. butter
3 cups long grain rice, cooked
1 1/4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/4 cups light cream
1/3 cup cocktail sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. fresh shelled, cooked Shrimp
Garlic salt

Cook mushrooms in butter for 4 to 5 minutes until tender. Stir in rice, cheese, cream, cocktail sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cover and chill 6 Shrimp. Halve remaining Shrimp lengthwise; stir into rice mixture. Add garlic salt to taste. Spoon mixture into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until hot. Garnish with reserved Shrimp and parsley.
