Cheesy Tuna Noodle Casserole

1/3 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 cup water
1 1/4 cups grated American cheese
3 cups cooked noodles, drained
2 Tbsp. butter
1 2/3 cups evaporated milk
1 cup cooked, drained peas
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1 (10 oz.) can drained Tuna


Saute onion in butter in medium saucepan. Stir in flour, gradually add milk and water. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils. Stir constantly. Remove from heat. Add 1 cup cheese, Worcestershire sauce and seasoned salt. Stir until cheese is melted. Combine cheese sauce, Tuna, peas and cooked noodles. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 305 degrees for 25 minutes.
