Crab and Shrimp Casserole

1 cup celery, diced
1 cup green pepper, diced
2 cans Crab Meat
1 1/2 cups grated American cheese
1 cup mushrooms
2 lbs. large Shrimp
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 onion, grated
2 slices white bread
1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Accent
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper


Mix all above ingredients with 3 cups of white sauce and bake at 350 F for 45 minutes in greased casserole dish.


White Sauce: Melt 3 sticks of butter (oleo). Add small amount of flour in butter. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper, then add 3 cups of milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
