Crab and Shrimp Casserole

1 cup plain bread crumbs
1 large diced onion
1 stalk celery
1/2 chopped bell pepper
1/2 lb. cut-up Shrimp
1/2 lb. Crab Meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup


Saute onion, celery, and bell pepper in a little oil. Add raw Shrimp, cook until pink. Add Crab Meat and soups, heat on low fire, stirring frequently. Add bread crumbs until right consistency. Place in buttered casserole dish. Cover with strips of cheese, if desired. Bake 15-20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serve hot.
