Crab and Shrimp Casserole

1 lb. Crab Meat
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 lb. Shrimp, cooked
8 oz. mushrooms
1 cup celery, diced
Buttered bread crumbs
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Onion salt (to taste)
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp. sherry or lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon rind, grated
1 cup Sharp cheese, grated


Preheat oven to 350 F. Beat eggs until frothy and blend in margarine; add all other ingredients, except bread crumbs. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart greased casserole. Top with buttered crumbs and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or for 25 minutes in individual casseroles.


Serves 6 to 8
