Crab and Shrimp Casserole

2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans Atlantic claw Crab Meat
2 (6 oz.) cans peeled Shrimp
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped pimento
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic salt


Combine and blend all ingredients. Slice 1 loaf French or garlic bread lengthwise on one side only. Hollow loaf by removing some insides. Stuff loaf with mixture. Bake at 350 F until slightly brown (25 minutes). Top with Swiss cheese (5 minutes more baking) with oven turned off.
