Crab Casserole

1 (8 oz.) can Crab Meat, chopped
6 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp. sherry wine
1 1/2 cups half & half
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 Tbsp. dill weed
Paprika


In double boiler, melt butter, stir in flour, nutmeg, paprika, salt, sherry wine, cream and herbs. Add Crab Meat and stir until thick. Add mushrooms. Divide into individual shells. Sprinkle grated cheese on each portion. Place under broiler until cheese melts. Serve with rice or noodles.
