Crab Casserole

1 lb. Crab Meat
4 eggs
3 cups milk
1 cup cracker crumbs
1/2 cup celery, minced
1/2 cup onion, minced
1/2 cup bell pepper, minced
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 stick butter


Cook minced onions, celery, bell pepper in butter over low heat. Beat eggs; add milk. Beat again. Add Crab Meat and cracker crumbs to mixture. Add onions, bell pepper and celery when slightly cooled. Add salt, pepper, garlic and onion salt. Bake at 325 F for 1 hour or until firm in center.
