Crab Casserole

1 lb. Fillet of Sole
6 to 10 oz. flaked Crab Meat
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 cup melted margarine
1 cup crushed croutons
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 egg
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce


Place Sole in bottom of buttered casserole. Mix other ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup croutons and some melted butter to sprinkle over top. Place Crab mixture on top of Sole. Sprinkle with crouton-butter mixture and bake at 350 F for 30 to 35 minutes.
