Crab Casserole

1 stick margarine
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 lb. Crab Meat (imitation, flaked)
1 cup crushed saltine crackers
2 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash hot sauce
Salt & pepper
1/4 cup mayonnaise


Saute celery, green pepper and onion in margarine. Add remaining ingredients. Mix lightly. Grease casserole (cover bottom of dish with fillet of Flounder) and top with Crab mix. Bake 30 minutes at 350 F.
