Deviled Crab and Shrimp Casserole

1 lb. Crab Meat
2 cups coached rolled cracker crumbs
3/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup milk (if needed add more milk)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 lb. small Shrimp (cooked & peeled)
3/4 cup diced celery
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, melted
1 tsp. dry mustard
A few grains of cayenne
2 Tbsp. green pepper


Combine Crab & Shrimp with crumbs and moisten with butter and milk. Season with mustard, salt, cayenne and green pepper. Mix thoroughly. Pile into Scallop shells or a casserole and bake at 350 F about 1/2 hour.
