Double Shrimp Casserole

4 oz. (3 cups) medium noodles
1 (10 oz.) can frozen condensed cream of Shrimp soup
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup celery, diced
1 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 cup natural cheese, shredded
1 cup Shrimp, cooked
1/4 cup chow mein noodles

Cook noodles according to package, drain. Thaw soup, combine with milk, mayonnaise, celery, onion and salt. Mix well, stir in cheese, Shrimp and cooked noodles. Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Top with chow mein noodles, bake for 10 minutes more.

Serves 4 to 6
