Oriental Tuna Casserole

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup cashew nuts
1 cup bean sprouts
1 cup water chestnuts
1 tsp. dry minced onions
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1/4 cup dry sherry
2 (6 oz.) cans Tuna fish
1 cup celery, sliced diagonally in 1" pieces
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 cups chow mein noodles

Mix soup, Tuna, celery, nuts, milk, onion, sherry and 1 cup chow mein noodles together in a baking dish; top with remaining noodles. Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes until bubbly. Cover top with drained oranges and parsley. DON'T OVER BAKE.
