Oyster Casserole

1 can creamed corn
1 can canned Oysters
1 cup white sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. basil
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
2 eggs, beaten


White Sauce:
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1 cup milk


NOTE: Corn flakes crumbs may be used.


Make white sauce and add corn. Add pepper and basil. Mix. Add Oysters and mix and fold in eggs last. Pour in greased or sprayed dish. Top with prepared topping. Bake at 375 F for 45 minutes.


Serves: 6
