Quick Seafood Casserole

1 (4 oz.) can Shrimp
1 (4 oz.) can Clams (or Crab or Oysters)
1 cup fresh cooked fish (or small can Salmon)
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup green peppers, chopped (optional)
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour

Saute onions, celery, peppers in margarine, blend in flour. Add milk to make thick sauce. Add Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce if desired. Combine all ingredients in casserole dish, top with bread crumbs and cheese. Bake at 325 F until lightly brown and bubbly. Note: Drain all seafood.
