Salmon Casserole

1 tsp. plus 1 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. plus 1 Tbsp. flour
2 cups skim milk
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. can Salmon
2 cups cooked macaroni
1 cup mushrooms
2 tsp. onion flakes
Salt and pepper to taste


Melt margarine in saucepan. Stir in flour making smooth as paste. Stir in milk and cheddar cheese and stir until sauce is thick and bubbly. Combine with Salmon, macaroni, mushrooms, onion flakes, salt and pepper and put in pam sprayed 2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes.


Makes 4 servings
