Salmon Casserole

1/2 cup cooked carrots
1/4 cup cooked onion
1 lb. can Salmon
1 cup cooked macaroni
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 lb. cheese, cut into strips

Cook carrots and onions in small amount of salted water. Drain. Break up Salmon. Place in greased 2 quart casserole dish; add carrots and macaroni. Stir in soup, salt and pepper. Melt butter, toss with bread crumbs. Top with bread crumbs and cheese. Bake at 375 F for about 20 minutes.

Serves 4
