Salmon Casserole

8 Tbsp. butter
1 green pepper
1 onion
8 Tbsp. flour
3 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 to 2 cups Salmon (no bones or flesh)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 jar Kraft pimento cheese spread

Saute green pepper and onion in butter. Add flour, gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Once white sauce has thickened add Salmon and set aside. Make Bisquick roll recipe. Once the dough is rolled spread the cheese and roll and cut the dough as though you were making cinnamon rolls. Place the rolls in a narrow casserole dish and pour the sauce over. Bake at 425 F for 20 minutes.

Serves 6 to 8
