Scallop Casserole

1 1/2 lb. Scallops
1 package stack Ritz crackers
3/4 stick butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. sour cream
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise


Melt butter and add crackers, crushed; mix with fork. Add sour cream and mayonnaise; mix well with fork to keep it crumbly.


Grease bottom of 9 x 13 pan with butter and spread Scallops. Cover the Scallops with dressing and bake at 350 F about 30 minutes. This dressing can be used with Shrimp or Lobster. . . very delicious!
