Scallop Casserole

1 lb. fresh Scallops, washed & drained
1 can cream of Shrimp soup
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup bread crumbs


Place Scallops in buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with soup. Melt butter and mix with grated cheese and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over top of Scallop mixture. Bake at 350 F for 30-50 minutes or until bubbly and brown.
