Scallop Casserole

1 lb. Scallops, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup buttered bread crumbs (fine)


Mix all together saving some crumbs for the top. Bake about 40 minutes in 350 degree oven. Other fish may be substituted (i.e., Shrimp or Lobster or all 3 together, using approximately 1 cup of each, cut up).
