Scallop Casserole

1 lb. Scallops
1 cup half & half
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 package (1/4 cup) butter
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. paprika

After washing off Scallops, lay them side by side in a small oven tray. Now, in a bowl, combine bread crumbs with hard butter (DO NOT MELT). Mix bread crumbs FULLY with butter. Add parsley, salt, and paprika to your bread crumbs.

Once everything is combined, sprinkle handfuls of your seasoned bread crumbs over your Scallops until all bread crumbs have been used. Pour evenly the cup of half & half over Scallops.

Sprinkle small amount of paprika over Scallops. Cook at 325 F for 1/2 hour to 40 minutes or until small bubbles are apparent.
