Scallop Casserole

1 lb. Scallops
1 small jar Cheese Whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small box frozen, chopped broccoli
Minute Rice

Mix all ingredients in a four-quart casserole and bake at 350 F for 45 minutes or until Scallops are cooked. If Scallops are omitted this makes a nice side dish.
