Scallop Casserole

1 lb. Scallops
2 slices bread, grated into crumbs
1 sleeve Ritz cracker crumbs
1 stick margarine, melted
1 cup cream


Cut the Scallops into quarters. Place 1/2 pound of Scallops in a loaf pan. Cover with the bread crumbs. Add the remainder of the Scallops. Pour 1 cup of cream over the top. Mix together the Ritz crumbs and the melted margarine. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 F for 25-30 minutes.
