Scallop Casserole

1 lb. Scallops
Oleo
1/2 package Kellogg's croutons
1 can cream of onion soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese


Saute Scallops in 1 tablespoon oleo. Add croutons. Put in casserole dish. Mix milk with soup and fold into Scallop mixture. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake 350 F for approximately 25 minutes.
