Scallop Casserole

1 lb. Sea Scallops, cut up
1/4 lb. Lobster or favorite fish fillet
1 cup cracker crumbs (saltines)
1 can cream of Shrimp soup
1/2 cup milk


In greased casserole, place a layer of cracker crumbs, then Scallops and Lobster or fish. Mix milk and soup together. Slowly pour mixture over prepared seafood until moistened. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Melt 1/2 cup butter. Mix in 1 cup cracker crumbs. Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs over top of casserole. Bake an additional 30 minutes. Can be prepared ahead of time.
