Scallop Casserole

1-2 lbs. fresh Scallops
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Soak Scallops in milk. Mix melted butter, cracker crumbs, cheese, sprinkle pepper. In casserole dish place Scallops, squeezing excess milk out of them.

Melt 1/4 cup butter; pour over Scallops. Spread stuffing over Scallops, sprinkle parsley. Place uncovered in oven at 350 F for 1 hour.
