Scallop Casserole

8 slices white bread
1 lb. Scallops
1 lb. sliced white American cheese
1/4 cup butter
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash salt
3 eggs
2 cups milk

Break up bread and cheese in small pieces. Arrange in bottom of pan first bread then cheese in layers until all used up. Add Scallops. Pour melted butter over this. Beat eggs, add dry mustard and milk then pour over whole casserole. Stand overnight. Bake 1 hour at 350 F.
