Scallops Casserole

1 1/2 lbs. Scallops (cut into small pieces)
1/2 stick margarine (cut into slices)
1 cup bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 cup chopped sliced mushrooms
1/2 lemon squeeze juice
1 (8 oz.) package shredded Mozzarella cheese

Put all of the above ingredients in a casserole dish except cheese. Top with cheese. Put in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
