Tasty Tuna Casserole

1 package elbow roni noodles
1 (6 1/8 oz.) Tuna (preferably "Dolphin safe")
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 small can peas, drained
1/2 cup minced onion, optional
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 F. Boil noodles according to package directions. While they are boiling - combine all the rest of the ingredients, except use only 1/2 cup cheese in the mixture.

Grease a 13 x 9 inch glass baking dish with margarine. Drain noodles and pour into dish. Stir mixture in with noodles. Mix well and sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Put in oven for 20-35 minutes depending on your oven. This is also easy for children to help with.
