Tuna and Cheese Casserole

1 package wide noodles
1 can Tuna
3/4 cup grated cheese
1 egg, beaten
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup cracker crumbs


Cook noodles according to package directions and place alternate layers of noodles, Tuna, salt, pepper and soup in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Shape cheese into small balls and press into Tuna mixture. Mix the egg and milk and pour over Tuna mixture. Cover with crumbs and bake at 350 F for 30 to 40 minutes.
