Tuna and Crab Casserole

1 (6-7 oz.) can Tuna
1 (6-7 oz.) can Crab Meat (Geisha $1.99 works great)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup diced celery
8 oz. egg noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
8-10 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz. sliced mushrooms (optional)


In large bowl mix Tuna, Crab, mayonnaise, garlic, onion, green pepper, and celery. Cook egg noodles, drain and mix with Tuna mixture. In saucepan, mix soup, milk, and cheese. When cheese melts, mix with Tuna mixture. Add mushrooms, if desired. Turn into casserole dish, top with bread crumbs and bake at 425 F for 25 minutes.
