Baked Shrimp Casserole

1 lb. large Shrimp (30 to 35)
Ritz Cracker Stuffing
White wine


Shell (completely) - clean and devein Shrimp.


Put a thin layer of white wine in casserole, enough to cover bottom. Alternate layers of Ritz and Shrimp - beginning and ending with Ritz. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 F.


Ritz Cracker Stuffing:
3 cups Ritz cracker crumbs
Juice of 1 1/2 lemons
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. paprika
2 sticks butter, melted
1/2 tsp. dry mustard


Mix all ingredients.
