Casserole Supreme

2 (4 oz.) cans Shrimp, drained
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 stewing hen or 2 cans whole, cooked chicken, diced and cut
2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
2 hard boiled eggs
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1 cup milk
1 cup whipping cream
2 cups bread crumbs


Drain Shrimp and sprinkle with lemon juice. Arrange chicken, Shrimp, mushrooms, and eggs in layers in a casserole, making two layers of each. Salt and pepper after each layer. Prepare white sauce of butter, flour, and milk. Pour over ingredients. Spread bread crumbs over top. Pour whipping cream over all. Bake at 400 F for 45 minutes.
