Cheese and Macaroni Casserole

1/2 cup onion
2 Tbsp. flour
1 (10 oz.) package frozen peas, cooked and drained
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 cup milk
1 (6 oz.) can Tuna, drained and flaked
2 cups macaroni, cooked and drained
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Saute onion in margarine. Blend in flour and gradually add milk. Stir until thick. Add 1/2 pound cheese and stir until melted. Add macaroni, peas, Tuna and salt. Mix well. Pour in 2 quart casserole dish and bake at 350 F for 40 minutes. After baking, top with slices of Velveeta cheese and stick it back in the oven until the cheese melts.
