Cherry Chicken and Mushroom Casserole

6 Chicken breast halves
4 tb Vegetable oil
1 md Onions; chopped
2 Garlic cloves; minced
2 oz Brandy; cherry
1/2 lb Mushrooms; sliced
1/2 c Green bell pepper; chopped
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c Milk
1 ts Seasoned salt

Brown chicken, in oil, on all sides. Put into casserole dish; set aside. Using same skillet with remaining oil, add garlic, onion and peppers; cook over medium heat, until almost soft. Stir in soup, milk and cherry brandy; bring to a boil. Stir in seasoned salt; pour over chicken. Cover casserole. Bake at 350~ for 50-60 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
