Corned Beef Casserole

2 c Shell macaroni
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
1/4 lb Grated mozzarella cheese
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 c Milk
1/2 c Chopped onions
1/4 ts Ground pepper
1/2 ts Dried basil
1/2 c Breadcrumbs
1 tb Melted butter
Parsley
Olive slices


Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender. Drain. Combine remaining ingredients except butter and breadcrumbs.

Grease a 3 quart shallow baking dish. Alternate layers of macaroni with corned beef. Combine butter and crumbs. Sprinkle on top. Bake in 375=F8F oven for 1 hour until nicely browned. Garnish with parsley and olives slices if desired. Makes 6-8 servings.
