Crab Alaskan Casserole

3/4 cup uncooked macaroni
1 1/2 cups milk
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (8 oz.) package frozen Crab Meat
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. onion salt
Dash pepper


Cook macaroni as directed on package. Drain and rinse; scald milk, stir in butter, bread crumbs, cheese, drained macaroni and eggs, Crab Meat, parsley, salt, onion salt and pepper. Mix well. Pour mixture into buttered casserole. Bake at 325 F for about 45 minutes or until firm. Makes 6 servings - 4 servings for hearty eaters.
