Crab and Broccoli Casserole

6 oz. Crab Meat
1 package frozen broccoli
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup margarine or butter
2 Tbsp. minced onions
2 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 cup bread crumbs

Defrost and drain Crab Meat. Cook broccoli. Put broccoli in bottom of casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese over broccoli. Melt butter in saucepan. Saute onions in butter. Stir in flour, curry powder and salt. Gradually stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly, over a (low flame until it thickens). Stir in lemon juice. Add Crab Meat. Pour over broccoli. Mix butter and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over the Crab mixture. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
