Crab and Noodle Casserole

1 1/2 cups fine dry noodles, can use more
1 can cream of Shrimp soup
1 (6 oz.) package frozen Crab Meat or 1/2 lb. fresh
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. diced green pepper
3 Tbsp. diced celery
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped onion

Blend milk, soup and mayonnaise. Combine with dry noodles, pepper, celery, onion and Crab. Place in buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle cheese over top and melt.
