Seafood Luncheon Casserole

1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 cup cooked Lobster, diced
1 (5 oz.) can Shrimp, drained and diced
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash black pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup buttered bread crumbs
1 cup crushed potato chips

Combine the green pepper, celery, Lobster, Shrimp, salt, and pepper, Worcestershire, mayonnaise, and bread crumbs and place in buttered baking dish. Just before baking, top with potato chips. Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes.
