Fish Casserole

4-6 fish Fillets, arrange carefully, Flounder or Sole
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 small onion
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Lemon
package Knor's white sauce mix


In a greased casserole dish (big enough to lay fish Fillets) put in fish and sprinkle with lemon juice. In a small frying pan, saute onions and mushrooms in butter until tender. Spoon a little of mixture over each piece of fish.


In a small saucepan, make white sauce according to package directions. Turn off heat and add wine and cheese. Pour over fish and bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes.
