Hash Brown Casserole

2 lbs. defrosted hashbrowns
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 cup milk
2 cups cheese, grated
1 (8 oz.) (1 cup) sour cream


Mix well. Can let sit overnight before baking (refrigerate). Bake for 1 hour at 350 F.


Topping:


2 cups Corn Flakes, crushed
1 small can flaked ham (optional)
1 can chicken or Tuna (optional)


Add Corn Flakes before baking. Add optional ingredients.
