Microwave Tuna Noodle Casserole

1 (6 oz.) package pasta (shell or egg noodles or elbow)
1 small chopped onion
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans Tuna, drained
1/2 (16 oz.) package your favorite frozen vegetable, rinsed under hot water to thaw

Prepare pasta as package directs; drain and set aside. In 2 quart casserole, cook onions on High for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in sour cream, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Add noodles, Tuna and vegetable, toss to mix well. Cook, covered on High 8 to 10 minutes until mixture is hot. Stir occasionally during cooking. Let stand, covered 5 minutes. If you like, sprinkle with cheese flavored cracker crumbs.
